Tumbling Stones Video

I had a lot of fun making a tumbling stones video to share with you. I’ve videoed and/or photographed the stones in each of the tumbling and polish stages for Batch 17 and Batch 18. (You can find more in-depth details about each of the batches by clicking here and/or here).

Below is the video created. It is a little longer than I anticipated at 8:25 minutes long. (I highly recommend that you watch it directly on YouTube here and increase the sped to 1.5x). I do hope that you enjoy watching it. Personally I like the way you can showcase the stones a little better than just taking a photograph – I think the video brings the stones and their tumbling journey to life! I’d love to know what you’d like to see more of – let me know in the comments below!

Special thanks to Nicola Gray (she’s from my hometown, Hawkes Bay too) and her inspiring tumbling videos that you can watch on her channel here (Love that her hashtag is #nicolagraynewzealandrockhound!)
